Chewing It Over
Nutrition “experts” have a history of extrapolating conclusions from dubious science, and turning the public against nutritious foods. There is lots of myths and misconceptions circulating through mainstream media, that do nothing but confuse the public. Often times, these fabricated misinformation are influenced by political decisions and other agendas, taking advantage of people’s trust, whom by the way, will believe in anything, so long they hear the words ‘studies show’.
Out of sheer interest and benefit to myself and others, I plan on scrutinizing some of our common knowledge and dig deeper than surface level….in other words, chew it over.
