My exercise and nutrition approach is the non-dogmatic view of Everything for Everybody Some of the Time.  I strive for reasonable inclusions rather than complete exclusions.

We train both the body and the mind by staying faithful to a useful concept ’till it no longer serves and embrace change by experimenting with different principles to find one that fits.

We commit, pursue and be aware of disguised excuses.

We have fun.
